These Terms apply to you who become a partner in the Affiliate Program of TITOS SHOP. The purpose of these Terms is to explain how it works and to present the basic terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program. Please note that throughout these Terms, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TITOS SHOP and the terms "you", "your" and "your" refer to the partner.
By registering as an Affiliate in the TITOS SHOP Affiliate Program you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Rights and obligations of the partner
1.1. To become a Partner, you must complete and submit the online application form. You must provide your name, a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process. Your login can only be used by one person - a login cannot be shared by multiple people. Once you join the Affiliate Program, you will be given a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners or other graphics with your Affiliate Code on your website, in your emails or other communications. To enable accurate tracking, reporting and collection of referral fees, we will provide you with special link formats that must be used on all links between your site and the TITOS SHOP site. You should ensure that each of the links between your website and the TITOS SHOP website correctly uses these special link formats. Links to the TITOS SHOP website, which are placed on your website in accordance with these terms and which correctly use these special link formats are referred to as "special links". You will only earn referral fees in connection with registrations on a TITOS SHOP product site made directly through Special Links.
1.2. Your website is ineligible for the TITOS SHOP Affiliate Program if it promotes illegal activities, violence, discrimination on any grounds, incorporates material that infringes or helps others to infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or violates the law, or is otherwise unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us. We reserve the right to refuse participation of an Affiliate at our sole discretion
1.3. You may not create or design your website, social network profile or any other profile in a way that resembles the TITOS SHOP website or leads customers to believe that you are TITOS SHOP
1.4. As a member of the TITOS SHOP affiliate program, you will have access to your affiliate account and dashboard, where you can track the registrations, purchases and subsequent payments of your referrals to you,
1.5. TITOS SHOP reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and require you to change it or use it to comply with the instructions provided,
1.6. The Affiliate is an independent entity and the TITOS SHOP Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the Affiliate and TITOS SHOP. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations from us;
1.7. You must not make any statement on your website that would reasonably conflict with anything in this section.
1.8. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TITOS SHOP cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
1.9. You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any law in your jurisdiction.
2. Rights and obligations of TITOS SHOP
2.1. We have the right to monitor your website or social networks at any time to determine whether you comply with the terms and conditions of this document,
2.2. TITOS SHOP reserves the right to immediately terminate your participation in the TITOS SHOP Affiliate Program if you abuse the program in any way,
2.3. TITOS SHOP shall not be liable to you in respect of any failure by you or anyone you refer to use the Special Links or mistype your Affiliate Code, including to the extent such failure may result in any reduction of amounts which would otherwise be payable to you in accordance with these terms.
3. Access to the Affiliate Control Panel
We will provide you with a dedicated dashboard where you can track your referrals' registrations, purchases and subsequent payments to you. You will also receive the marketing materials you will need to successfully sell TITOS SHOP
4. Payments and Returns
4.1. When someone you refer to us completes a purchase you will earn a commission. the commission you earn is 5% for an annual turnover of 0-1000 euros, 10% for an annual turnover of 1000-2000 euros and 15% for an annual turnover of 2000 euros and more. For a product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click through a special link from your website, email or other communications to the TITOS SHOP site and complete the purchase for the product during that time of the session. Your referrals must come through your affiliate link and be registered with TITOS SHOP within 30 days of the first visit. If they return to the TITOS SHOP after the 30 day period, you will not earn a commission for their purchase.
4.2. There is one type of referral fee that can be earned: Commission. The current commission is 5% for an annual turnover of 0-1000 euros, 10% for an annual turnover of 1000-2000 euros and 15% for an annual turnover of 2000 euros and more . The fees are paid at the end of each calendar month and are over 50 euros. We will only pay commissions for links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code, if this is not tracked by our system. We reserve the right to disqualify commissions obtained through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods .
4.3. To receive affiliate commissions, someone you refer to us must make payments through the TITOS SHOP app, using the applicable TITOS SHOP payment methods
4.4. Commissions to you are only paid via PayPal or deposit to the bank account you have provided to us when you signed up for the affiliate program. We cannot send checks, cash or make credits to your credit card. A PayPal account is required to receive commissions. If you've selected PayPal as your payment method, but don't have a PayPal account, you can sign up for a PayPal account at any time, but you won't get paid until you do.
4.5. As long as your current profit from your sales is over €50, you will be paid at the end of each calendar month
4.6. If our payment processor charges payment processing fees for commission payments, you are responsible for paying those fees.
4.7. If you are denied entry for violating these Terms, we will not make any current payments for your balance or future payments for your referral purchases. All payments will stop immediately. We also do not provide refunds if you abuse our affiliate program.
5. Termination and Modification
5.1. Either you or we may terminate this Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. The written notice will be in the form of email.
5.2. If you do not follow the terms and conditions of this document, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the TITOS SHOP Affiliate Program. We will do everything possible to contact the partner before the ban. However, we reserve the right to remove any violator from our Affiliate Program without prior notice and upon the first occurrence of such prohibited conduct.
5.3. We may modify any of the terms and conditions herein at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, we will notify you by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the TITOS SHOP Affiliate Program will indicate your agreement to the changes.
6. Promotion Restrictions
6.1. Spamming or unsolicited commercial e-mail is unacceptable to us and could damage our name. You may send emails to your users to promote TITOS SHOP as long as the recipient is a customer or subscriber of your services or website and the recipients have the option to unsubscribe. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself as independent of TITOS SHOP. If it comes to our attention that you are promoting us in an incorrect manner, we will consider this as a reason for the immediate termination of your participation in the TITOS SHOP affiliate program.
6.2. Affiliate must not use any online advertising services (eg Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.) to promote TITOS SHOP or act on our behalf or use any technologies to abuse our Affiliate Program , including, but not limited to, an application that causes partners' procurement tracking cookies to be replaced, intercepts searches to redirect traffic through an installed software, sets procurement tracking cookies by loading the TITOS SHOP website in iFrames, hidden links and automatic pop-ups which open mailerlite.com website etc.
6.4. Affiliates must not display advertisements that lead directly or automatically redirect to the website https://titos-shop.gr/ or subpages or subdomains, including affiliate links such as https://titos-shop.gr/a/xxyyzz .
7. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms begin upon your becoming an Affiliate and will continue in effect unless terminated hereunder.
